How to Use Nabota

Nabota reconstitution and dilution

  1. 01

    Using an appropriate syringe, draw 0.9% sterile saline, which is the recommended diluent. See the dilution chart below for guidance on the proper amount to be diluted per dose.

  2. 02

    Insert the needle and slowly inject the saline into the Nabota vial, in which a vacuum is present.

  3. 03

    Inject slowly and avoid foaming bubbles.

  4. 04

    Gently mix the lyophilized Nabota until it is completely clear and no particles are visible.

  5. 05

    Record the date and time of reconstitution. The solution should be administered within 24 hours after reconstitution.

  6. 06

    The reconstituted product should be stored in a refrigerator (2–8 °C).

Nabota dosage and application

For treatment of the glabellar frown lines, a 30-gauge needle is recommended to inject a dose of 0.1 mL into each of the 5 injection sites: 2 injection points in each corrugator muscle and 1 injection point in the procerus muscle, for a total dose of 20 units in one session.
